The Prince George Community Band was started in 1990 to provide music for the Summer Games held in Prince George, BC. We started with a small group of players and over the years have grown to a consistent core of 20 to 30 or more. The band plays from September to June under the direction of Rob Hannigan.
Our membership is open to all levels of wind and percussion players – no auditions are necessary. New members are always welcome. We rehearse on Tuesdays at 7:30pm at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church and perform a few concerts throughout the year. Learn more about how to join the band.
